I first met Brenda over 7 years ago at an open house that she was hosting. I was looking to purchase a home but was already working with another agent at that time. I selected Brenda because she and I had been acquaintances, being neighbours, for something in the order of 10 years. I also noticed her many signs on various properties in the district and concluded that she must have been very successful.

She went well beyond the service expected of a real estate agent. I felt that the took a personal interest in the sale of my property and never wavered from acting in my best interests.

Thanks again Brigitte for so highly recommending Brenda to me on the evening of April 11th when I was on the brink of contacting another realtor to help me sell the condo. You knew the stress and anxiety I was undergoing at the time and I just cannot stop thanking you, and I'm so so thankful that I took your advice!! 

I reached out to Brenda in the wee hours of April 12th and she contacted me a few hours later arranging to meet with Ron and I at the condo 2 days later (the day that nasty ice storm was starting to sweep its way through the GTA).
